Registration

Registration for the 2012 Haptics Symposium in Vancouver, Canada is now open.  Please follow the link above to start your registration process.  In addition, please note the following in regards to registration:

  • All submissions (papers and poster) must be presented in person.  Submissions not presented at the conference will not be included in the archival IEEE conference proceedings.
  • Registration Changes: Any changes to your registration can be made by revisiting the registration page and making the desired modifications. To make changes, you will need your confirmation number, supplied in the confirmation email following completion of registration
  • Cancellation Policy:  All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 01 February 2012. No refunds will be issued after 01 February 2012. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to: hapticsreg [at] ieee [dot] org. There will be an administrative fee of $100 deducted from each refund.

* All fees are given in US dollars.

** A one-day registration will allow you to attend a single day of the conference.  You may choose which day you attend.  You do not need to specify which day prior to your arrival.

 

Requesting a visa letter

The Haptics Symposum will not be issuing formal invitation letters for all attendees, but we will provide visa support letters upon request.

For visa support letters, contact registration [at] hapticssymposium [dot] org with the following information:

  1. Name as it appears on your passport.
  2. Full mailing address .
  3. Registration confirmation number.
  4. If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title.
  5. Email address.

All visa support letters will be issued via email.
