Poster and Demo Presentations (Final)

Notes:
  • A PDF version of the Poster/Demo Teaser schedule is available for download to the right.
  • This online teaser schedule is the official version.  Please consult this schedule, rather than the conference program, to determine the session in which you will present your teaser.
  • There are three teaser sessions in which each poster and demo will be given a 40-second slot for a teaser presentation.   If your poster is associated with a demo, you are assigned only one teaser presentation slot for the combined poster/demo teaser.
  • At the beginning of each teaser session the presenters for that session will line up near the podium in the order given below.  Each presenter will step to the podium in turn as the session chair advances the teaser slides.
  • There are five poster/demo sessions at Haptics Symposium.  Each poster and demo is assigned to TWO of the poster/demo sessions according to the following schedule:
    • If your teaser has been assigned to Poster/Demo Teaser 1, you and your poster/demo should be available during Poster/Demo Session 1 and Poster/Demo Session 2.
    • If your teaser has been assigned to Poster/Demo Teaser 2, you and your poster/demo should be available during Poster/Demo Session 2 and Poster/Demo Session 3.
    • If your teaser has been assigned to Poster/Demo Teaser 3, you and your poster/demo should be available during Poster/Demo Session 3 and Poster/Demo Session 4.
  • Although each poster/demo is assigned to only two poster/demo sessions, you are also welcome to display and demonstrate your work in any of the three remaining sessions, including the open session (Poster/Demo Session 5).
  • indicates that the corresponding paper is nominated as a candidate for the best poster award.

Poster/Demo Teaser 1.

March 5 (Monday),  10:00-10:30
  • If your teaser has been assigned to Poster/Demo Teaser 1, you and your poster/demo should be available during Poster/Demo Session 1 and Poster/Demo Session 2.
  • The teasers are shown in the tentative order in which they will be presented.
